Hamster Kombats Vision for 2025 Exploring Web3 Gaming NFT Rewards Token Buybacks and Beyond

Hamster Kombat, the popular Telegram game, has unveiled its ambitious roadmap for 2025 after its successful token launch on The Open Network (TON). The roadmap includes plans for new Web3 gaming expansions, NFT rewards, and a token buyback strategy, signaling significant changes for the game. Additionally, Hamster Kombat has revealed its plans for Web3 Gaming in 2025.

In October, Hamster Kombat intends to launch the second season of the game and aims to rapidly expand its game library with new titles. The developers also plan to integrate “external payment systems” to facilitate entry into the game. This will be especially helpful when the game introduces NFTs in November. Furthermore, Hamster Kombat will publish its first set of games created by third-party developers.

These games are expected to be available on the upcoming Hamster Kombat progressive web app (PWA) for iOS, Android, and desktop, which marks the game’s transition away from being solely reliant on Telegram.

To keep users engaged after the airdrop event, which took place on September 23, the Hamster Kombat team has implemented strategies. Out of the game’s 300 million users, only 131 million are eligible to receive the airdrop, representing 43% of the total user base. The team plans to vest and unlock 11.25% of the tokens distributed after Season 1, ten months after the listing. They believe that the value of these tokens could be comparable to the initial unlock due to the project’s rapid development. The team’s focus is on the value proposition of games within the ecosystem, rather than just earnings. They aim to attract more players by creating engaging content that combines the best of Web2 and Web3.

Furthermore, Hamster Kombat will launch a dedicated advertising network in December 2024, which will be utilized by games in the Hamster ecosystem. The team plans to use the revenue generated from ads to buy back tokens from the market and distribute them to players, as well as burn tokens. While Telegram will remain an integral part of Hamster Kombat and its ecosystem, the team is also looking to expand its reach to capture the audience that is not on Telegram.
